Internet Disclaimers

I am building a website to sell knives. I know I should have a disclaimer regarding age and local laws. Any websites with disclaimers that have been written by attorneys? Or do they need to written by attorneys? Any generic dislcaimers? Your help is appreciated

Most of the big sites have legal review of their wording, but always remember the basics that the seller is always held to the higher standard of complaince with the law, and waviers in general are worth less than the paper they are written on. I strongly suggest looking at the larger sites (like SMKW) and review their wording. If you ship an item to a state that bans it you can be held accountable both criminally and civilly. Most important, the USPS actually does enforce the laws reguarding shipped items they have on thier no mailing list.....
