Internet watches

Thats a rather big picture in your sig line there....

It is also a very nice Poljot. Is that one of the aviators with the ETA 2824 auto?

I have the all Russian manual wind version of the same Laco-style Aviator. I like it a lot, and the design is unique as well. It stands out next to a bunch of other fairly conventional watches.

The picture in my signature is linked to my fototime.com account- no space wasted on the BFC servers.

Yes, it is one of the ETA 2824-2 models- the larger one, about 46mm across including the crown. I just today took a shot at regulating the watch. It's been running about +15 sec. a day, down from about +20 when I first received it, but still too much for my taste; it gets annoying resetting the time twice a week.

I was considering the hand-wound model, but got this automatic version for $139 when russia2all.com was going out of the retail business- I saved about $100 or so off of their regular price for the watch.
