Into the woods yet again...

Took a few hours this morning and headed out into the woods yet again. Took along my JK Walnut Kephart, Glock 22, smaller thermos of black coffee, & some bannock.

Something decided to have lunch before I did.

Wonder if it was this guy. Ton of these tracks all over.

Out in the middle of nowhere I find this carved in a tree. This was probably about 4 miles in. "M" loved "R" at some point. Wonder if they're still around and together?

Decided to stop for a break and warm up a bit, cook some lunch.

Woodpeckers were out and about today. Scared one away from this area.

Hahahaha oh man, I read that a little bit too fast, and it came out along the lines of "I beat the hell out of my morning wood". :foot:



That bannock looks like it was made in a bakery, we need a drooling smiley.
