Intriguing tang stamp...

...I read with interest a thread (maybe two) some months back about certain Buck knives having tang stamps that were...odd... :D

The posts got quite heated...people were sure that some tang stamps could not exist... :p

I just got one of those in today... :)

So...Here's some more food for thought... ;)

The Idaho stamp is just the date stamp for 2005- or am I missing something?

The 120's are discontinued from the regular 100 series line up, but they're still made for Limited Editions, special projects, the Pro-Line and others

On this one, the red [maroon] spacers actually stand out... :D
 
i seen a tang atamp with NO date mark next to the 110 on a 2002 issue frame with medal ... odd to seenot mark like that and no anvil...
had a 'T' on the back, some navy officer gave me 100 for it in a hurry ...come to find out there are only 4 know like that... no i can't kick backwards either...jest sat sown reallllly hard with mouth dangling when i read the post on it....yea there are some strange stuff out there! like a 426 with DP with a Black Blade that i have only ever seen one of... should have bought it ... but let it go back ... live and learn...and grow up...
