Hey all. Just thought I oughta introduce myself since I've been lurking for awhile now. Don't actually have any Busse or kin yet....but I do have a scrapyard 511 on order and cannot wait till it gets here!!!! Is it possible for someone to be an addict before even receiving their first knife? Because it certainly feels that way! Since finding the scrapyard site, I haven't hardly even looked at any knives that aren't Bussekin. I've never seen a knife brand attract such fanatically loyal fans which was what initially drew me here. Anyway thanks guys, for all the info!
p.s. could someone explain in detail exactly how the ganzaa thing works?
 
On the set date and time in the sticky thread, Jerry will post a "GO GO GO" style/titled thread. When that happens, you send your email out (Pre-written helps, but shhhh, tell no one lol) to BOTH email addresses listed in the sticky (Another secret, I address both email addresses in the one email so I don't have to send two separate emails). It really is challenging but helps to have the four forums up and open in your browser window. For that one hour time frame, you sit at your computer refreshing as you wait for the GO thread which is usually a sticky at the top. During this time, the Hogs like to have some fun and post FAKE go threads under fake Jerry Busse names. The way to tell on here is that Jerry's name is red as well as verifying the date the thread was started was correct. If all that works out, then you send your email in. After you have sent your email, a few days later, Busse Combat will contact you regarding your outcome if you scored or not. They will contact you, do not contact them. I would suggest reading the thread again to make sure everything is clear to you on how to do it. Biggest thing is have fun and if you get fooled, i.e. send an email early, send another one when the real thread is posted. But do not intentionally send an email out early as stated. And if there is not visible GO thread by 9:55pm, then send away.

Busse is addicting but the best of anything usually is.
It's no joke, I just spent next months rent and now I'm posting stuff on e-bay to come up with rent.:D

SpyderPhreak-unfortunately, my wallet is already empty.:thumbdn: Lennox-You have awesome taste in music, right up my alley.:thumbup: Mountain Wildman-yeah, I believe it- I'm waiting for my wife to figure out that i overdrew the nearly empty bank account to ship out a trade knife. lol. On the plus side-I have a sycko 511 coming!:D My first kin...... I feel like I'm having my first child all over again. Thanks for the enthusiastic welcome, fellas.
 
Welcome, enjoy the ride and may I suggest getting a 3rd or 4th job? the addiction is strong and there is no use in trying to kick it.

Yeah, I've been looking into black market organ sales...I figure I'll have to, as I can barely afford a yard knife now. Figure if I sell an organ or two I should be able to snatch up a couple busse's. That could be a long dark road....first you sell a few organs and before you know it you're non-consentually harvesting other peoples. Bet I could get a pretty sweet collection going tho!
