dude, that is a cool (l) blade, i really like that, a lot!!!

that is scraaaight!!!!!!

like da britches on dat operation to and colors of blade and da carrying device!!!

yes okoden. this is my backwoods belt rider and i needed a drop sheath so i could move. tbh i wasnt really sure about coating it, i REALLY like the raw look, but i have to say i'm very pleased. the grips are basically from a different planet, before the coating they didnt appear as dark, now wow. also its not now or ever for sale......GET YER OWN!!

Love the Okuden sheath! I've owned several kydex sheaths and Okuden has always felt the best.

I haven't had any plastic bent by any of our own members here in the Busse forum though, so my point of reference isn't exactly rock solid.

i have had and still have some BB sheaths and they are top notch and usually very innovative. this was my first busse as well as my first custom sheath. for leather chuddy bear has my heart :P though i have pretty limited exposure as well.

That's a fine combination of goodies you have there.

Thanks for sharing.

Tinman44, Your blade was so inspriring that I pulled the jackhammer I had on the forums off the sales block. I think the comp look is nice, but with all the comp blades there has been some serious rust problems even with not much usage; so I was going to sell it. Now, after looking at your incredible combination of blade/sheath... It's going to have some work. What coating did you use on the grips? and did you send it back to Busse for the coating or do it yourself?
Nice piece!

Killer Cool COmbo there TinHam44 ! ! ! !

Nuke on!!!!

Jerry :D
WOOT looks like is was inducted today :D

That is jungle green color from busse shop, the rust was coming from under the handles and Busse said they could take care of it. While it was there they suggested a coating to prevent rust in the future though they assured me i could just send it in whenever rust became a problem (thats the busse warranty, best in the business) so i mulled it over and decided to go with the jungle green coating, its a little tougher than some. Those grips are the originals, funny how they change colors like a living camo. I will get sunlight photos today, i had NO sleep today, but the sleep i did get was when the sun was out.

Also wanted to add, although i came up with the name (not that original i know) all rights to that name are reserved to use only to my knife and any busse future releases.
