Hi All,
I am a new member and would like to take this time to say hello. I am from California and I love all things with a cutting edge. I was a professional Chef for the past 20 years and currently a Realtor. I grew up in and near the ocean, dessert and mountains my whole life. I spearfish, fish, hike, swim, surf, body surf, camp and I am a generaly a nice person.
I hold to that old Chef belief, "The knowledge and skills that you are taught is the same knowledge and skills you pass on." I have had a few custom knives made by, Michael Lischinsky whole set of 9 Chef knives (O1 tool steel), Michael Rader (Chef knife 52100), Murray Carter (2 Chef knives White steel), Ray Ennis (Persian bowie 440c/sheep scales), Cahrlie Davis (Large bowie/elk scales Made from a file) and currently been on a waiting list for three years of a five year wait for a Jay Fisher Chef knife (cpm 154). I use all the knives I have and they are put to use in the kitchen or outdoors. My wife recently asked me what I would like for Christmass this year. So without a second thought I told her I would like to have a custom bowie knife made from Bill Bagwell. Yes I know I will be on a waiting list and I am fine with that. So my wife wanted to know how to contact Bill Bagwell. I said "Good question." After searching the internet high and low but to avail. Does anyone have Bill Bagwells contact information.
Thanks again for letting me part of this forum.
