I just made my introductory post in the General Knife Discussion forum.
However, I have especially enjoyed reading old threads in the Hinderer forum. So, I thought I should also introduce myself here.
The Hinderer knives are particularly appealing to me for several reasons. First, a quality product crafted with care by the folks at Hinderer. The simplicity and lines of the knifes are appealing to my eye. Secondly, made in the USA. Lastly, a loyal active customer base. The last item signals that the company has built a good long term relationship with its customer base. A company cannot do that without consistently delivering a high quality product.
I hope to acquire a Hinderer at some point.
