Hi, I've been lurking in the forum and admiring Andy's work for a while now and finally scored my first Fiddleback so I thought I'd introduce myself while I wait for its arrival.

I'm Jameson and I've been collecting modern "tactical" customs for a few years now, recently my tastes have turned towards traditional slip joints and fixed blade knives which is what brought me here. I've become much more interested in beautiful knives that I can actually use. I've been reading a ton and trying to get a lay of the land around here, seems like a great little corner of the internet. I'm hoping to one day swim with the sharks but for now I'm just waiting on the arrival of a Bushfinger and looking forward to participating.

Welcome. I am fairly new here to this area. It has been great. Everyone here adds alot to the experience and show great passion for FF knives. You found a great spot.

Welcome Beekman. Heed the Duder's advice. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.

Welcome to the forum Jameson, it was a Bushfinger that started it all for me as well. I think we have a great group of people who hang out in this forum.

As they say Jameson, "come on in, the water is fine." Nothing but predators and scavengers around here; however, there are no cannibals that I have found. Welcome to this little oasis.

Welcome, buddy! I started with a Bushfinger, and whew.... I definitely drank the cool-aid! That's a pretty awesome knife! Just wait til you get to see it 'live'!

Welcome. I am yet another who started with a Bushfinger. It's a stepping stone I tell ya!

Welcome Jameson.
It was also a Bushfinger that was my first FBF knife, a word of warning.....I now have 13
