I was persuaded to introduce myself by another member after some posts I had entered. I unfortunately didn't see an introduction forum on this site. Is there one? If I missed it I'm sorry. As to quite a few of you were asking for some sort of proof as to my statement that I knew of a return of James brother’s knives. Did you want a sworn affidavit or it written in blood? I don't know what sort of proof I can offer other than I know the James Brother originator very well. His name is James Chiello and is currently in phoenix. He is the gentleman that was responsible for all the original company's design and the only knife enthusiast of the two of the James Brothers. We became quite good friends when I first needed assistance from him with one of my Cheyenne’s Whit I have five of. He was quite helpful and sent me instructions and loads of parts for my Cheyenne’s real trick ones by the way. He also turned me on to any unusual and beautiful handles he ever had for the Cheyenne’s. Since then we speak over the net periodically and as of about a month ago I had contacted him to see whets up. He told me that he was looking for the proper machine to turn out some knife handles and had located one and all was looking like it could materialize soon. As for any other info just ask and I'll forward it or have him make a post. I am a machinist and a toolmaker like Jimes is. I am also a motorcycle road racer and flat tracker and have had my pro license for fifteen years. Glad to talk with all on this forum. As for my sarcasm I just thought it very sarcastic originally when I got hammered for speaking of the D.K.W. Sandshark. As to Quote
"What did you write this three years ago?" There was as much need for that comment as my returned sarcasm, what good for the goose... I just though it a point that needed making and still if you do any search on line about that subject it would not seem as dead as everyone makes out. Plus all of you seem to have quite enough sarcasm to go around yourselves. Yet another post had asked with language I was used to working in. If you find something terribly wrong with my English than get out a red pencil and correct it and turn it back to me, or grade it. Everyone is way too fragile on these forums anyway and there are far too many double standards.

I'm not sure if this is an introduction or a goodbye thread. Hopefully, you'll stick around. Whatever negative responses you've experienced, I wouldn't let them represent everyone on these forums. These forums have a lot of members. Chances are you may not like some of the posts and others may not like some of yours.

I welcome you .

Yes, welcome to the forums, cul8r! I think that you will find that most of us welcome fresh views and opinions.
