I am looking for some type of MS office template that could be used to keep track of what I have. I have a prelimnary MS Works Database set up, and would gladly share what I have, but I'm hopping that someone out there might have something better.

Is there some reason you dont want to use Access? You can set whatever fields you want and cross reference and cross display however you want.

That's a great database you worked up there. I use Excel to inventory my small collection and to keep track of knives of interest. Thanks for the ideas...
