Investigator pen clip...

I never really cared for the clip, in fact that's the thing that I really don't care for about this pen. Tonight I figured out it's the same screw as the XM-18 and removed the clips from my new ti as well as the older brass one. I really like the transformation, this makes the pen especially the titanium one disappear in my pocket :thumbup:
 
Love the clip. Keeps it in my pocket and stops it from rolling ;) but it does look clean without it.

What I'd like is a flat end attachment that matches the SS pen (that I have). ;) I love the pen!

Disappear in pocket can be a plus in some situations, disappear in general makes a massive sucking sound.

They are in stock at this time in SS.
 
PM replied to. Thanks. My bad though...I was looking for the SS pen, not the attachment. Still looking :)
 
The site says plain finish for the flat end, whereas the pen is BB. I'm wondering if that will trigger my OCD. Does anyone have a pic of the pair? ;)
 
took the clip off the extreme duty, but left the investigator. Easier to fish for the ED.
 
The very first run of Investigators had a bullet style cap, I would say around 50 of them are out there. Basically, folks freaked out that there was no clip, and the rest is history.

I definitely prefer and use the clip to keep the pen exactly where I know it'll be. Also, it's nice for a little lanyard that make extraction very easy.
