I've just bought a Inyoni from Falco57 and was looking for a bit of information on these knives. I remember them being a little unpopular and heavily cloned but little else.... Think they were made about 2005-10
Am I correct in thinking there was a limited number made with a different wood for the scales?
Anyone use them?

Mine is Cocobolo (pic courtesy of Falco57)

There was a limited run of 20 in black with micarta scales.

They did cocobolo as the regular run and a limited black micarta as mentioned. I am glad you snagged that from Falco57. I seen it, but hesitated. He is a great guy to deal with. I actually have one and bought one of the last ones from a dealer. The box is marked display. All I can say about is......why did I wait so long to buy one. I love mine.

Weren't these sold as a bird and trout type knife? First CRK I was ever able to handle actually.

Cheers guys.

Black micarta, I was sure there was second version!

I had one years ago but wasn't comfortable using it fishing, but I think the time has come to give it a summer on the boat.

The knife is coated in black pvd all over with black micarta scales. I'll try to post a pic tonight.
