ip address banned on my cell phone

Good day,
Not sure why but I get the message ip banned as of today when I try and browse the forum on my cell phone.
I have three devices I normally use. My work PC, my home laptop and often my cell phone.
I'm posting this through a VPN on my cell so I could access my account

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've been here a long time and hope there isn't a problem I caused.

You can try rebooting your phone and it will probably be fine. Typically cellphones have dynamically assigned IP addresses, so each time it connects to the network it gets assigned a new address. Sometimes you get unlucky and the IP address happens to be on the banned list.
