IP Address Blocked?

Just got a notification on my mobile phone that my IP address had been blocked. I'm using AT&T wireless and had been browsing the "for sale by owner/traditional" forum. I hit refresh in the browser and then got that message.

Well after getting home from work and my phone switching back to WiFi and then back to cellular data after leaving home again the issue has resolved itself. Apparently since I would have been assigned a new IP address coming back onto cellular data from WiFi.

Still curious as to what would cause that? I know I didn't get banned since I haven't posted in months ;-).
