IP Address on mobile device banned?

Hey there, I keep getting a message on my iPhone that says that my IP address has been banned. I think this may have happened because I left my computer logged in and then logged into my phone at work.... No one besides me has access to my account. What can I do? Thank you

Try turning your phone off a few minutes and back on. That might change your ip address.
