iPhone 4S WiFi issues

My little brother just got an iPhone 4S and it works fine. His phone cannot log into home wifi, wifi. Tried restarting the Internet connection, tried turning off cellular data, any ideas? My phone is picking up, and I logged out of wifi and back in, same day.

If its just that one iPhone then it might be defective so just take it to the Apple store and get a replacement.

Power off, walk away, do stuff, come back and power it on.

Is it seeing the available networks?
Have you tried resetting your router?
Is it set to automatically ask to join networks?
Have you tried joining manually?


Possible fix.
Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings.
