I crashed my computer and had to reformat the hard drive. No big deal but I lost my daughters Itunes files. Is there any way to reload Itunes from her Ipod so that she doesn't have to go through reloading everything again? Her Ipod is a 5G with 30 gig.

Do you have a Mac or a PC? If you have a Mac, find and download an app called PodWorks. It is super easy to use. There is a function for moving songs from an iPod to iTunes, a disc, whatever. I'm not sure what you'll use with a PC, though. The iPod and iTunes are purposefully designed to NOT allow this, since you could go to a buddy's house and move whatever you want from your iPod to his computer and share to easily, so you need 3rd party software. There should be something for the PC. There are many different ones for Macs. YamiPod is another one.

I have done it, but its been a while. They might have changed some stuff around. Anyway all I did was hook up the iPod, select everything and drag it to Library. It might be "fixed" now though.
