ipod nano

how in the heck do you put songs on these things, i acidently deleted all of them off my girlfriends new nano :barf: ive got them all saved on the computer but i dont know how to upload the suckers.

From what the site read , it uses a USB cable to upload , etc with computer.
As for software I am assuming she used Itunes.

Just link the Ipod to the iTune in your PC and restore her library.
