Back in the early 90's I bought a small (approx 4" blade) fixed blade knife from a custom knifemaker named "Ira" (unknown last name) in the Ventura, California area. I believe the steel is a high grade stainless type, and the blade is stamped with the label of "IRA HANDMADE". The grips are a nice quality hardwood (unknown what type of wod). I have never used the knife, as it seemed too pretty to actually put to work. Does anyone have any knowledge of this knifemaker, and an approximate idea of the knife's value?
