Sorry for the stupid question !
Does anyone know a Good Irish Brand slipjoint knife or know an Irish knifemaker that can do it ?
Thanks

There are several vintage Imperial Ireland barlows on the big auction site as we speak. I had a big daddy Imperial Ireland barlow years ago. I'm afraid its quality was pretty bad.

There is an Irish custom maker (Irish Knive IIRC) that occasionly posts.

Jowika is another Irish knife manufacturer. The quality is about the same as Imperial pocketknives. They are readily available at cheap prices.

I second or third that the Irish Imperials are crap. I've had them and could never recommend them.

I bought a few Irish Imperials when Schrade went out of business, prices in the $1-$5 each on closeout. There were some that were made well enough to function as very inexpensive users, but overall the quality was very low.

I have got a couple of borderline Imperials......

I've never had an Irish Imperial (I have several...fishing knives) that impressed me much.
