Iron Mountain Fixed Blade??

I've seen a few of these - not this exact model.
This is a custom knife but can't remember the makers name.
$50.00 - $150.00 depending on the model.

You just might be able to find out something about your knife if you contact Bob Tice of Bob Tice Knives. I noticed a knife of a similar style to the one pictured here on his site. A different handle material has been used however, and the blade is ground differently. Here is a link to the picture. Just scroll down to Iron Mountain near the bottom of the page.

Iron Mountain was a small shop started by Sonny Guller, they were in Sparks, Nevada.

If you can get your hands on some older Blade magazines from the 80's/early 90's you might find an old price list/add.
