Enjoy the pics! This one is Arizona Desert Ironwood, A2 Steel and has black micarta pins.

I'm really happy with the look I got on the Ironwood, man this stuff is cool!

Sorry about the snow on the knife!

oily lade...

It's nice to see you working more with natural handle materials. I'd love to see something done in flame crotch walnut! Finish for walnut is a bit more involved, but we'll worth it I think.

Great looking blade!

Good looking blade, Daniel!
Much appreciated!

Another home run!
Thanks!

Looks more like a grand slam to me, nice work Daniel!
 Great to hear!

Walnut would be cool, I have worked with some on a very early knife and liked working with it. I also have a box full of TX Osage Orange, more AZ Ironwood, Stabilized Maple and Blackwood that I want to start using more often.

Thanks guys!

Was this made for somebody in particular, or is it available? Still looking for my first. Thanks!

I love your plunge line, Daniel.
This is a beaut. For me, I'd like a smaller traditional Japanese handle.

He really dances close with perfection. Definitely an inspiration for me and someone whos work ethic i admire!

Hey thanks! I wish it were available. This is an older order, I hope to eventually make more later this year.

Thanks Rolf! The lines are traditional all the way so it is great to hear that! I have looked into smelting my own Shibuichi for traditional Kozukas. They are a cool thing by themselves!
