Desert Ironwood, Micarta Pins, AEBL... sharp!

This one is spoken for but I'm hoping to make more of this Tall Petty pattern as soon as I can. :D

Great looking Knife,
Is it a hollow ground Chisel petty? It looks like it might be hollow ground on only one side with the flat for a righty?

Thanks! Yes, right hand hollow single bevel grind.

The left hand side almost looks ground but that is mostly my poor lighting/photography combined with a stropped/more polished lower part of the blade.

I find this combo both draw slices well and also has great food release when doing utility work.

They do work very excellently for draw slices and chopping, I always love the look on most peoples face the first time they use a knife like yours in the kitchen, Its goes from a puzzled frown about not understanding why the two sides of the blade are different to a big warm smile that can even have a devilish twist as they see the slices of food fall over to the right so neatly and easily!:applouse::devilish:

Arrived today! It's gorgeous. I'll play with it when I get back (flying out tonight).

Thanks so much, Daniel. You rock.
