fresh off the hones
11.75 inch of 15n20 1084 and W2 random damascus just over and inch and a half tall at the heel. the blade is single bevel ground for right handers the back is lightly hollow ground one a platen that has an arch of a 4' wheel as is the front bevel making for a ultra slicer
the handle is clean and simple ironwood and copper 6 inch in length and traditional WA octagonal style
the knife over all is 18 and 3/8

the knife is for sushi but can have the edge adjusted to make for a BBQ slicer (tho not to be bumped into bones )
