View attachment 105164 in. overall 4.75 from tip to guard. 4.25 from guard to butt.

Brass dove tail bolsters. Brass pins and thong hole. Brass liners. (Thats a crap load of brass).

Blade is 1095 With vine file work and a very pronounced hamon.

Black leather sheath made by me.

Lets hear what you think. I know brass is not prefered. I tried to get the customer to go with stainless but he insisted.

Thanks Greg

Looks like a fine user to me. As far as brass, I know what others say but if someone likes it then it isn't wrong. I like the looks of it. If there were anything I'd change it might be the choil area in front of the guard. I personally prefer a smaller area there but a lot of people prefer to have it larger like that so they can choke up.

I like the knife, brass and all.

I agree--looks like a well-executed and thoroughly useful design, and there is absolutely positively nothing in the world wrong with brass. I know it's not the in thing now, but it kind of bothers me that there are in things in the knifemaking world, sometimes. I mean, I never envision a mountain man worrying that the german silver forend tip on his Kentucky rifle was "...so five years ago." :D And actually, I think brass looks better on the warmer-toned woods like that.

Great job, I think the new owner will be happy.

If I had one knife to own, that's the style right there.

I like everything about the knife and sheath. Very Nicely done

I love the shape of this one -- the handle, guard, and blade all work well together...
