Those look awesome Daniel.I just picked a few up in that style for the kitchen and l'm really starting to like them.What do you think the Rockwell is on them?
 
I tempered these at 385F, so probably around 59-60.
 
I received the Kingwood model today.Daniel does some job on these! I'll get in the kitchen,this weekend,but my wife is gonna want to hog this chopper.lol!! This will be the first custom kitchen knife for me,and the first that the wife will approve of!

I received my Ironwood chopper, slicer and dicer today. One heck of a kitchen knife. It has to be determined if this is an early Mother's Day present for my wife or Father's Day present for me, but I like my odds. Can't wait to use it! Thanks, Daniel.
