not to ruin the thread title here, but the wood i sent you is rosewood. i told you i was going to ship you ironwood, but i ended up getting rosewood (just an fyi).

i would have preferred the ironwood, just because the density is higher. but, i found a really good deal on those scales, so i couldn't resist. i have another knife in rosewood, and i do like the way it finishes up.

P.S. that BBT is outstanding. great figure in that wood and the brass guard is classy.
