Is a Knifemaker Membership recurring?

Just wondering, since mine expires today. I'd like to go Platinum, but am wondering if I do that with a different credit card, will the other one that I used for the knifemaker membership be charged for a Knifemaker account as well? I hope that makes sense. Thanks. -Matt-
 
None of our memberships are recurring. I don't like people getting hit with unexpected charges.
