Was wondering if wearing my Buck Naala under my shirt is legal here in VA? Didn't really think about it when I bought it but it just dawned on me that wearing it concealed (seems like the most practical and intended way to carry it) might be illegal though the Code of Virginia only seems to exclude "bowie, dirk, ballistic knife, razor, machete or switchblade" from being carried concealed so maybe it's OK? Just thought I'd see what you all think TIA

Neckers are legal in VA, with the exception of one with a double-edged dagger blade.

Unless, of course, you're man enough to wear a 10" bowie knife or a short sword as a necker.

I suggest reading Thompson v. Commonwealth 02/27/2009 wherein the VA Supreme Court does a nice job with respect to the whole dirk, dagger, bowie knife, weapon of like kind, thing.
