Is a Spyderco Military legal to carry in Clovis, CA

He guys I just ordered a sprint run CF Military, I paid a grip for the knife. I want to carry the knife, I was wondering if any of you live in Fresno, or Clovis ever had any problems carrying a 4 inch knife? Or if any one has inside of the laws.

I'm in fresno, the rules here are same as rest of CA. I have carried fixed blade knives as well as large folders without problem. The way I understand the laws it's legal. I have carried my Cold Steel 6" Vaquero, but then again I don't go flashing my knife around so your mileage may vary.

I use my knife for the attended use wich is a tool. I don't flash them as well. Thank you for the info, I wanted a large knife to replace my Sebenza.

I live in suisun/Fairfield and carry my ZT 560 daily without issue. I don't go flashing it around but do use it in public without worry. People at my job have gotten used to me flipping it out or bordom.

Under CA state law, all non-auto folders are legal to carry concealed. Spyderco Military is a folder, so there is no issue there.

Fresno County has no knife ordinances in place. Their weapon laws are confined to firearms, bows and pellet guns.
