Is Advanced Tech S.W.A.T??

So I've got a newbie question here for everybody. I've been lurking for some time now and just registerd the other day. One question ive got is Advanced tech S.W.A.T.? I've noticed these names together before along w/ the tiger model, bt no one has really said its the same knife. And boy will I feel silly if someone sais SWAT is Smith & Wesson Adavanced Tech or some such oh well live and learn.

SWAT in Arizona stands for something like Specialized Weapons [by] Advanced Technologies...something like that. I'll have to look at the bag from the Brass Tiger I got on a trade.

SWAT and Advanced Tech Balisongs go together.

They are not affiliated with Smith & Wesson at all.

Thanks. I kinda figured they were one and the same bt wasnt completely sure. My guess on Smith & Wesson was becuase S&W makes S.W.A.T knives. Oh well. So now I just need to pick one up
