Hi all. ;)

I sent an email to the Customer Service address back on the 5th but haven't received a response from them yet.

I don't want to bug them, it's not an emergency after all, but is this a normal delay in responding?

I'm not even sure if they received my message, and am wondering how long I should wait before trying again.

Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks again.
 
I remember her posting something in regard to this a week or two ago, something about e-mails getting lost or not received. I'd resend it.:thumbup:

Maybe she put you in the junk folder? Are you on the "list"?
 
Clearly, you've angered her. I'd send Clark Bars pronto.
 
I have had occasional trouble with one of their email addresses, but it bounces back as undeliverable when it happens.

I've since re-sent it and gotten a response.
 
Ruh Roh . . . . She's gonna be making her list and checking it twice. . . . :eek:

Trust me when I tell you. . . . "The List" is no place to be. . . I've been there and barely survived it :eek:. . . . had to throw Garth under the bus to get out of her sights. . . . Once you're on the list it's every man for himself!!!!! :eek:

If we do not get back to you in a couple of days I always recommend resending it...of course if it is the weekend remember we are closed so we will get it on Monday.

Same here, sent a e-mail to Customer Service and Info@ and never heard a word. That was several weeks back now and with Blade around the corner might as well forget it until the summer sometime I guess.
