Is anyone else scared sh!tless of there Emerson Commander or Mini Commander??????

Everytime I got to take this thing out of my pocket it's already opened! Now, I love this knife...but I HATE that part that sticks out on the wave!!!!:mad:
 
If you dont like the Wave, grind it off. But the Wave kind of is the main feature of the knife.
 
If you want to be sure your "waved" knife doesn't open when you take it out of your pocket just grasp the the butt between your index finger and thumb and place your middle finger firmly against the knife spine and slowly pull the knife from your pocket. Your middle finger will keep the knife from opening.:rolleyes:

Learn to draw ir properly and quit worrying. I've never heard of anyone slicing themselves with a waved knife during the draw.
You'd have to be trying really hard to do it, actually.

But, if you dont like your Commander, give it to me ;)
 
The only problem with a balisong is that it's dangerous to your criminal record in most States.

Actually as a side question are there any States that allow legal carry of a balisong?
 
Maybe you just meant the us, but since 1st of April 2003 they are not allowed anymore here in Germany. Until then they were.
 
Indiana prohibits only automatic or projectile knives, and the automatic prohibition might not be on the books much longer.

Solution:
1)Move to Indiana
2)Buy a balisong
3)Give me your Emerson(s)
