Many years ago, but this spring I went with my doctor daughter and her two girls to Mt. Vernon, Washington for their tulip festival and I was fantastic. It seems the whole Sagit valley was nothing buy flowers with the mountains to the east and the west.

Nothing much to tell, I just recall being very bored. Haha. I've been to Holland several times in the last few years, and it's a very nice town.

Hey wow I am in Kalamazoo, MI. Nice to see some folks from the mitten.

The pommel of this knife reminded me a lot of a Tulip, that is why I snagged it up. Probably through the Netherlands in WWII? I have relatives in the Netherlands. Used to get packages from them as a young boy. I wish I had seen this thread months back.
