Basically what the title says. I'm looking for a nice quality black leather belt carrier for a generic 1" tube flashlight (Fenix PD32) that has an attached flap-top pouch suitable for a large folding knife with a 3.5-4" blade like a Large Sebenza, or Buck 110 (~5" closed), but not specific to a specific knife or flashlight (I change them with some frequency).

Most of what I seem to find is geared toward duty belts. I'll carry it on a gun belt, but in an office setting, so if it's huge or looks like it's on a duty belt, that'd be a negative.
