Is anyone still having lock problems with their DPX H.E.S.T. Folder???

I really want one, but I can only get one online so I have no way to examine it. I'm gonna get the Blade HQ exclusive with the red G10, I'm thinking maybe Lion Steel has fixed the lock rock problem does anyone know?

Mine has been without issue since swapping it out for the 2.0

I got the 2.0 a while back and havn't had any problems with it. I heard DPX has great customer service, so I don't think you have too much to worry about.

Had a 2.0, carried it (and USED it!) pretty much everyday for little over half a year, never had an issue. Ended up selling it cause I needed the cash a couple months back and regretted it shortly there after...

I have had zero problems with my 2.0. I have had it a little over a year now.

I have a version 1 with no problems at all. No Lock problem, no other problems.

In fact, it is a very nice knife. I love the D2 - it sharpens up easily on my DMT stones.

I used the knife to cut up a 50 gallon rubbermaid garbage can for disposal (it had holes in the bottom) - worked like a champ.
