Is BEEF the best?

Ok so i have watched a ton of you tube clips and read many a posts, and whenever someone has a preference for someone to sharpen their knife straight ftf they go with BEEF. Is he just that good? What about the rest of the guys in the shop? feels like they are left out of the love (at least the sharpening department).

The box I had the pleasure of opening today had an incredibly sharp and beautiful convexed slab of NMFSHLE, and I couldn't have wished the edge to be any better! And of course, sharpened by BEEF.

If I had the means/knowledge to have taken a video I would have, but I went to make scraps with my NMFSHLE on a sheet of scrap printer paper and ended up almost literally chopping through it. *Very* sharp.

Garth is a very good as well.

Whoever sharpened my TGLB needs improvement.. take lessons from Garth/Beef.. NMFSH-LE done by beef was quality!!! Good job beef..

Beef is okay, nothing magical (sorry Beef, still love you as a person ), I guess I just have high standards

Would love to get one knife sharpened by Lora, even if all the users get reprofiled anyway.

Almost all of the knives that I have purchased from Busse have been sharpened by Beef and they have all been incredibly sharp. The others were sharp too. The sharpest knives I received from Busse have been a Hack Bear Cub and a Basic 4 LE, both sharpened by Beef. He is definitely a master of his craft.

My thoughts too. My knives all get used so i eventually sharpen them anyway.
