Has Sher's influence subsided now that he has gone back to the farm? I'm asking because there was a time when I started to think that HI's khukuris were being a little too overbuilt, and I didn't think that would be possible. I don't think that it's too farfetched to attribute this to Sher and his 3-4 lb. 18" AKs. Have the other kamis reverted back to making khukuris to more reasonable specs? Or are they still having a field day with the abundant supply of steel available to them?
