Is Buck discontinuing the 102 Woodsman?

OK. Maybe I'm being dumb and this is just an email to try to get me to buy one. I was on the Buck website but don't remember specifically looking at 102s. I got a similar message right after that from SMKW for a knife I was looking at.

I get those emails all of the time from Buck. It is a sales tool.

If every email that I have received with the same message indicated the discontinuation of that model then Buck would have no products left!!

I get three or so emails a day from Buck. I guess they have to say something, maybe they're running out of ideas.

That is cheesy. Reminds me of the old used car sales tactic of, "Someone else is interested! Better hurry up and buy it!" Beneath Buck's standards, IMHO.

I agree the 102 is a nice little knife. The 102 pro, in s35vn is wicked pissah!

I've never gotten that one , but I sure am glad they're not going to discontinue the 102.
I don't need another one, but I feel for others who would miss out on this great knife.
