I can't get in either and the link doesn't work. I have never been sucessful at getting into the custom shop. I sent two e-mails about the problem. I got an answer to the first one saying that the problem had been fixed. I tried it without success and sent another e-mail requesting help. I never received a reply to that one, so I quit trying. Roy

Works for me just fine. So does the design shop.
