Is cts-204p any good? Saw some test, two southard flippers of spyderco, different

*with different ways sharpened edge. the same awful result. The tester is very good, Ruslan Kiyasov, so what's up? I never buy southard because of that vid and because it brokes by not spyderhole hole.
I'll save you question - yes, i would prefer it to crack exactly by the spyderhole :)
 
I've had a Microtech SOCOM Delta in CTS 204 P for two years and never had any issue with it.
 
You can feel free to base all your knife purchasing decisions on russian youtube video reviews if you want.
But CTS-204P is great steel.
If you don't want a Southard, ok fine.
 
Don't confuse great steel with an abusive test on You Tube. If you use a folding knife to....IDK....cut things, it's a great knife in a great steel. It has a hidden blade stop that will break if the knife is abused. That is NOT the realm of a folding knife. Never should be, won't be. If you want to break any folder, you can. Don't confuse that with a fault of the steel.
