Is EDI still around?

I have the first version of the EDI Genesis and am trying to find contact information for them. Is EDI still in business? If so, does anyone have there contact information? Thanks.

Nope, they've been gone for quite some time. Gone even before I got into knives last year.

It's unfortunate that they're gone. They provided a great knife if you could get one of the good ones, but that was a little uncertain as they had a lot of QC problems.

IMO, the Genesis had one of the nicest blades on any folder, ever. But the lock tended to be the Achilles heel of the knife. If you have a good one, cherish it.

I agree. It won the Blade Show award for the best American-made folder a few years ago and then was out of business 2 years later. A shame they couldn't get it together fast enough to stay in the game.
