Is Fluid Film safe to use on Micarta

I've read that fluid film works great on knife blades, but if the fluid film gets on the micarta handle could it damage the micarta?

Fluid Film does not dry. It stays sticky. I would never use it on a knife.

On outdoor stuff like gates and lawnmowers, it seems to last longer than WD40 as a lubricant.

I doubt it will have any effect on the Micarta.

FWIW I tested fluid film and it didn't do that well in the application you're using it for. I do use it on my truck, and happy with the results there!

I used fluid film for the underbody of my truck and noticed it doesn't stay on very well, I switched over to NH oil and have had better results

I use fluid film on my knives for longterm storage because it stays on better, and when I'm ready to use the knives the fluid film is easy enough to wash off, I find mineral oil is great to use but if I want to store my knives for longterm the mineral oil doesn't stay on and I will have to reapply
