Is It Easier To Post Pictures With Phone Or PC?

I use my IPhone.

In most cases the image size is way to big. I edit the picture by cropping or resizing to a preset ratio, then save the changes.

When I select a pic to upload to a thread, I also select the image size on the bottom to medium.

Seems to work well.

Both are easy as the process is identical. (When uploading directly with a paid membership.)

Needing to resize a picture may throw a wrench in the process, but it's not too much work after a little trial and error.

All the pictures I take and upload are done via my phone. Most of the pics I deebo from the internet and upload here are from my phone too.

Are you having specific issues or just inquiring?

I am not having much luck using my PC. I will try the iphone. Thanks

I have posted pics on my PC and tablet with about the same ease, but haven't tried my phone yet

I like to use my iPad for posting pictures even though my iPhone has more resolution. This is because it is easier to compose pictures on the 12” screen. I use an app called Image Size. It used to resize my pics until I upgraded to iOS 13. iOS queered the app and will only do postage size photos. Not to worry. I use an old iPad which cannot load iOS 13 to post my pics.
This may sound complicated, but any picture that I take with any Apple device is shared across my 4 iPads and 2 iPhones (wirelessly). So it is quite easy to pull up pics from my photo library and run them through the Image Size app.
The Image Size app is free, but I paid a little extra to lose the pop up ads.

Hi guys,
I’m new at posting pics. I just posted a bunch to the thread Made in Sheffield 1830-1930 A golden age, in the Traditional Folders forum. I can see the photos on my end looking at the thread, but no one else can.
Any idea what I may be doing wrong?
Thanks a lot,
Thomas
