Is it ever going to stop raining?

I am posting this here because I know that John also lives in Illinois. I heard today that where I live it has rained 21 days in Oct. alone. This picture is what my back yard know looks like. It is kind of hard to see but there is water everywhere. I snapped this picture when I got home tonight since it has been raining all afternoon.

Same here. It stopped today for about 6 hours, now it`s raining again. I`ve started building an ark!

I think I might not be building mine fast enough. Right now it is coming a flood. Looks like I am going to have to settle for a canoe

Yeah, there's tons of frogs in the escape windows. I think I'm going to rescue them. The good news is my car hasn't been this clean in a long time.

Damn wind is crazy too. I drive through Illinois 4 times a week and am getting real tired of the sidewinds on I-39. I tossed a cigar butt out the window two days ago and I bet it still hasn't hit the ground. Torrential rains on Thursday night were a pain also.
Luckily I'm moving to Fargo so I can have a mild winter.
