Hey guys, made some changes to the server, did a hard reboot and things seem to be working now. I'm seeing problems with thread reply counts, memberships that didn't update and other issues, and am working on those.

For now, please report here or on the Bladeforums FB page if you are still having issues: http://www.facebook.com/bladeforums

Thanks for your patience

Thread reply count seems to fix itself as soon as a new post is added to the thread.

Still messed up for me. Post counts haven't updated all day, as of 9:02 PM MST.

I tried logging out (which finally didn't get the 520 error a moment ago), and logging back in. No update.

Post counts aren't going to update until someone posts a response in that thread. Not sure what happened there

Can't seem to post in all threads.

ETA, I could post here.

You'll get Kevin, I got faith in you. :)

Thread pages are starting to advance now. I'd made a few test posts earlier and they just now showed up. Maybe try 'er again Ted.

Just successfully sent a PM and trying a test post here.

edit: testing for editing.

btw, thank you for the all the work on the website today!

Without such "refreshments" it's all very confusing and muddling! Reminds me of "Lost in Space"!

No worries. We'll plod along.

Spark,

It's now seems to be working. However, thread post count is updated only for the new post after. A thread that was showing 3, now is 4, although it actually has 6 replies.

Kevin, don't have facebook so I will post here, I see the post counts are showing up now, but when checking subscriptions they still are not being shown as subscribed to, so you do not get any indication that a thread had a new post added for you to go and check out.

Edited to say, it appears that if you NOW add something to a thread, it will show up that you are subscribed, as this thread shows and one that I just added a post to also shows so that seems to work.

earlier I tried to 'force' one thread again to be subscribed to and that did not bring it into play, but I posted another post there today....aka after the fix, and now it shows up so it looks like things are truly on the mend :) Thanks Kevin !

Very much appreciate all the hard work. Still having some issues loading pages now, but the other issues seem to be resolved.

Looks like there was some db corruption this morning when the hosting company made changes to database backups. We're running now.
