SHEESH! Man, am I bored. This working for a living crap gets pretty old. Well, I ain't doing too much work at the time of this writing and maybe that's why I'm BORED!??? LOL!

All I can think of is the knives I have in progress and how much I' d love to get at them, but by the time I get home, most of my ambition is drained off. I've pretty much run out of projects I can do here that I can use at home.

Any ideas?

Man I feel a cold coming on, cough, cough. May have to go home sick. :D

Thinking about using that one next week to go striper fishing. Maybe the bad back ploy? Nah... how about the bad sciatica in the leg ploy? Hmmm... so many ruses, so little time...

Been watching the weather forcast -- rain rain rain -- looks like the 1500 Wing will sleep in the garage another week end. I do have an English style fur trade vintage knife to finish. Tried to talk my kids into going to work one of the days and that went over like a fa-t in church. My Daughter loaned me her latest book "ERAGON'. It's about a young boy and his Dragon. I suppose some people might think I'm a little strange reading books like this but being a knife maker has likely already established that????
Have a good one.

I got it planned I am getting out of work at 10:00am tomorrow. Got to go food shopping then it is Harley Time. And hopefully Indian Time and plant garden on Saturday. :D :D

HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! I don't work Fridays! I dunno what I have to do after taking the trash out this morning, except go to the bank. Maybe then leasurely drift into the shop and putter on a couple during my usual 3 DAY WEEKEND. I'm working Monday, out of pure greed, 22 hours of pay for 8 hours work, driving around on patrol of 19,000 acres of woods, lakes, and some unmentionables of Uncle Sam's Army stuff, looking at all the deer and critters. Maybe check a few fishermen out there, to add to the crushing workload. One nice thing about work, I have lots of folks to talk to about knives and fun related fun stuff. A number of the outdoorsmen there are customers of mine, the same folks that want to know where the fish are biting, where the big tom turkeys and the big bucks are. They are also the same folks that I am checking their creel limits, etc. Yep, you are way ahead of me, it usually ends up in a BS session, but I gotta do my work, you know. It's rough, But I manage. Hey, Where's my coffee mug refill, woman?

Sounds like you've got it rough John. I guess I better get off my butt and go stretch. Got 20 minutes and I'm outta here. I work 5 am till 1 pm. Sit around all day waiting on something to break and read the forums. It's boring but it beats digging graves.

Got out early and have all my shopping done. It is raining so hard the only thing you can ride today is a ark. :grumpy:
