Glad to hear my experience is not the norm. Wish I knew why it's not working well for me. Had been running FF almost exclusively for over a year, really liked it and always kept it updated to the latest version. Used it a while Tuesday evening, downloaded and installed FF3, made absolutely no other changes to my computer. Tried opening one website I visit regularly, would not load. Tried a number of others, either took 10-20 seconds for the first page to load, or timed out with an "unable to connect" error page, or said "done" on the status bar, but displayed a blank white page. Same deal ever since. IE7 works fine, so I don't think it's my cable provider's or ISP's fault. Nothing fancy for websites; this place, my local newspaper, the weather channel, my one bank, a couple other knife related forums, google, ebay, and IMDB. Just removed all my add-ons and themes, most of were disabled anyway since they were not compatible with FF3, no effect. Am using IE7 for now, but wish I could either figure this out, or revert to FF2.x - really wish it was like Netscape where you could have multiple versions installed on one machine.
