I haven't seen anything from our friend Gurkha Bersrka in near three weeks. I haven't been here all that long but, it seems kind of a long absence for our friend GB. Anybody know anything? Perhaps it's time for brother Bawanna to send out an APB?

Dang I think your right. I felt something was amiss but couldn't pit my finger on it.

Thanks Mr. B, I thought I was all alone. We all missed Blue in abbstensia, I feel the same for GB.

I miss him for his strong convictions, bold assertions and standing for his beliefs. Well, basically the same as most of us. Birds of a feather...........

Dang he's not set up for email or PM's. I thought I had an email address for him but it's eluding me at the moment.
He last visited 3-13 so it's been a bit but not worrisome long. Maybe he's just taking a hiatus or something.

I was wondering where he was too. I think I have his email somewhere, I'll shoot him a quick message

Heard back from GB this morning. All is well, he is just in the middle of moving from MA to NH, which if I understand correctly, is a huge pain in the rear end to say the least. On the other hand, I did point out that he can now EDC whatever khuk his heart desires :) He says hi to all and appreciates us thinking of him. Sounds like he should be back in the not too distant future.

^^^^^ditto what he said. Glad all is well. Moving always sucks. I haven't moved in 30 years. I probably should, lord knows how much cool stuff I'd probably find laying around.

He should hook up with one of them wagon trains and go a bit further west while he's at it. Maybe Wyoming for a start.

Still some buffalo in those parts. Indians no bother anymore. Real pretty. 7 people per square mile. Not crowded.

I might go there myself.

Hi everyone! :D Sorry for my attendance lately but I have been super busy with a few things. I am in the process (almost done) of moving to New Hampshire as my good friend Singlegrind informed you. I needed to get out of the peoples republic of Taxachussets..I mean Massachusetts ;). As many of you know I am an avid firearms collector in addition to the kukri's. Its becoming harder and harder to practice my Constitution Rights in Mass. The Attorney General has the power to dictate firearm design. I cant buy numerous styles of guns in my state and the ones I can buy have all the politically correct BS added to them... no folding stocks, bayonet lugs, flash hiders, ect. You know all the funs stuff :D. Getting out of Mass is going to make me a much happier and content person. Live Free or Die is on every license plate in the state of New Hampshire hence my fondness for the state. I will be able to take a huge breath of relief once I permanently reside there.

I also had another family emergency which has taken the lion share of my time. My wife's brother recently passed away unexpectedly. He was a young guy (35yrs old) and his death has was huge blow to my wife and her family. My wife ended up being the executor of his will which has taken a lot of time from both of us. She likes to lean of my for legal matters and of course my emotional support

I appreciate all the thoughts and positive energy directed at me. I think of you guys like my family. I don't keep many friends... kind of a loner if you catch my drift. I think about all of you when I think about friends and family, I consider you guys and gals very close friends... more so than the people living around me. I miss you guys and promise to be back in force very soon. HI and the people involved with this forum are the best bunch of people anyone could ask for.

So, from the bottom of my heart... Thank you all for your thoughts and concern. I promise to be back very soon.

Glad to hear from you GB. Condolences to your wife , and the family for her loss, never easy to lose a sibling, especially when so young. Take care, and we're here if you need us.

Glad you're OK GB but saddened to hear about the loss of your brother in law. I can imagine the toll it's taken on your bride and the rest of her family. I'm happy you're relocating to a more friendly state. I do believe my exodus from the people's republik of Illinois is inevitable for the very same reasons. Again, it great to here you're OK and look for your full time return sometime soon.

Ditto what they all said.

I love you too. Not in any mano mano way ya understand................

Much condolences to your wife and family. 35 is far too young to cross the river. Smoke and prayers for everyone.

No need to apologize for forum attendance good sir. Family and personal life always come first, closely followed by friends and HI-family of course :)

I'm not always the best with words, but I would like to share a piece of music I wrote over the weekend. I've kinda been in a rough patch lately, so I wanted to make something that would make me smile but not sound too fake or cheesy. This song is kind of a combo of calm, happy, and sad feelings, and there's a sample of a NH stream playing in the background of the whole thing for serenity. It makes me smile when I listen to it. Not sure if it's your cup of tea, but I hope it brings a smile to you as well.

It's called "Futuristic Intellection"

My most sincere condolences to you, your wife, and her family. Sending smoke and good vibes your way.

Take care of your wife and life GB. we will be here once things are stable again. Good to hear you are moving and giving Tax-achusettes the middle finger. The tyranny demonstrated by anti-gunners makes the forethought of the founding fathers even more important than it was during their own time. The fact that so many Cities and States are trying to limit or even remove that right is something every free American should fear more than terrorists. but if it ever reaches permissible in the Federal Government, it would mean the removal of the rest of our Rights. We would cease to be citizens and would become subjects. Fight it with every possible step you can.
